Chris(i hope i got your name right) super nice, went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend to find the right food for our cats. Our cats have been having ear issues but with chris’ recommendation, she is doing a lot better.

I absolutely love this pet store and I'm so glad that a location is in the High Gate neighbourhood where I live! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you! My Poodle and American Eskimo love visiting.

Staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. They carry the Acana without peas or legumes which is difficult to find and their pricing is very good.

Super beautiful store, great layout and always clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all their products and the store is happy to bring in whatever you like if they don't have it.

Amazing pet store! Dropped by randomly and browsed for a bit. Employees were incredibly nice and even offered my dog an ice cream cone (allergen friendly!!), which he LOVED. Couldn’t recommend this place more; will be visiting more for treats/toys in the future!

Amazing pet store and friendly staff! My friend had always taken their Frenchie for their treats and snack! I know why now! The staff is super friendly and welcoming when my sister and I walked in and offer me some guidance. We were wanting to buy some stuff for our friends 10 weeks old mini Australian sherperd.... Loki The staff showed us the clearance section and also the new trainer section and offer us help if we needed! The store is so clean and organized and I would definitely come back to buy more treats for my friends doggies and pets!
